Management Team:

Sander Winthagen - Director 
Sander Winthagen (1971) - before joining Multrix Sander was responsible for the development of finance and accounting outsourcing services for a provider of staffing services. He developed a business process outsourcing service portfolio and was responsible for the marketing and sales of this service. Until October 2002 he worked for four years as a management consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (now part of IBM) within the telecommunications industry group, where he was responsible for managing national and international project teams in the area of cost reduction, value based management, finance process improvement, activity based costing and performance management. Sander holds a degree in business economics from the university of Groningen.

Sander is responsible for Finance, HRM and Service Delivery.

Adri van den Hooven - Director
Adri van den Hooven(Rotterdam, 1955) has been active in several management positions within the IT industry. Before Joining Multrix, he was director of Iwork, a supplier of infrastructure solutions for on demand business applications. Prior to that, he held several interim management positions in middle tot large organisations.

Adri is responsible for all commercial activities, project management and innovation.

Supervisory Board:

Erik Jan Nederkoorn - Chairman
Erik Jan(1943) held various senior Board positions at European Top 500 Compenies. He started at Price Waterhouse & co, where he held positions as auditor for financial management. He later moved to Oce NV, a listed Dutch company in printers and copiers, where he held senior positions in marketing and general management. He then was appointed CEO of Fokker NV, a Dutch Aerospace company, where he led the sale of the company to Daimler Benz in 1994. He then was appointed as Executive board member Deutsche Telekom AG, responsible for its international business until 1998. Currently Erik Jan holds several supervisory board mandates and is active as a private investor.

Floris van den Broek
After having received his doctorate in "cost-effective management of networks, in 1990 Floris(1965) joined the telecommunications industry with AT&T where he held various senior positions, eventually as commercial Director. In 1999 he was appointed Managing Director at Level 3 Communications and later also was named Marketing Director Level 3 Europe. In 2005 he became Vice President and General Manager Telecom at Philips Consumer Electronics.

Clemens Vehmeijer
Clemens has held several senior positions as a banker. He was regional director for Credit Lyonnais Bank in Rotterdam. Later he was appointed member of the Board of Management of Fortis Bank, where he chaired it’s Credit Committee. He was also responsible for integrating the credit operations of Generale Bank into Fortis Bank. Since 2001 he is active as a manager of several ’private investment’ funds focusing on small and medium sized technology companies. 

Phillip Actor
Phillip Actor (1961) is an American and has lived in the Netherlands for over 25 years. Phillip is an entrepreneur with a wide experience in many industries. He started as a manager in the music industry and later a market-maker in options at the CBOE in Chicago. After that he worked for five years as Brokerage Manager Northern Europe for Econocom Nederland. In 1990 he founded Cobra (Computing by Remote Access) and rapidly became recognized as an expert in the field of Server Based Computing. In his view the rental of applications is the way to the future. In 2000 he founded Multrix. After succesfully leading Multrix as CEO for several years, Phillip has now joined the supervisory board.
