For Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Multrix can act as a Software-as-a-Service partner (SaaS). Multrix allows ISVs to make their applications available to customers in the shape of a service.

In addition to their proprietary business applications, ISVs can include the default application assortment (including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange) in their business propositions, so ISVs can retain the immediate contact with their customers, while the customers are able to maintain their relation with their trusted supplier.
 
More and more customers are interested in purchasing software solutions as a service. By entering into a partnering agreement with Multrix, ISVs will be able to meet this market demand without having to invest in technical resources.

All agreements relating to support, availability and reliability are laid down in a collaboration agreement. This allows ISVs to introduce a new proposition without having to worry about expansion and management costs.
