Service Description
The range of basic services by Multrix comprises the use of hardware, software and services that are necessary to perform the primary automation tasks and the management of your IT environment. These activities are provided in the form of a monthly service that is billed per user.
Our basic service includes such matters as:
Management
Multrix takes care of the daily management of applications and users. Administrative tasks such as setting up user profiles, logging in (new) users, server management and installing and updating server software are performed at our data centre. The ASP model creates a functional IT environment that allows you to remain in control while relieving you of the management burden.
The office automation software is installed and maintained at our data centre and made available on the basis of thin-client and web technology. Where required, we will make sure the latest updates are installed and the environment is maintained in proper order.
Support
We provide you with 24/7 first-line support. We will deal with questions regarding specific applications in collaboration with the software vendor; we will be the main point of contact. If possible, the software vendor's helpdesk is linked directly to our helpdesk system, so that everything can be handled without losing any time. Service levels, response times availability and accessibility are laid down in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Security
We continuously invest in the security of your IT environment: applications, connections and equipment. At our data centre all components – communiciation connections, servers, emergency power supplies and the like – are set up redundantly.
Unauthorised access to systems and applications is prevented by means of firewalls and anti-virus software. The network is continuously monitored on the basis of access and security parameters.
If you want to add extra security to your environment, you can use one of our optional services. A combination of software and tokens will automatically generate a new access password for each session.
Advanced Continuity service
Our Advanced Continuity service guarantees continuous service provision in case of force majeure. Applications and data are kept operational at two locations, separated by approximately thirty kilometres.
Client access
Application access can be provided on the basis of various data communication methods. You can also make use of your applications and data from home. For this purpose we use Citrix software, the licence costs of which are included in the monthly fee per user. Users can be added with a simple action based on the agreed user profiles in which rights, applications and other access criteria have been laid down.
